Girl, 14, charged with attempted murder after Manchester school knife attack

A 14-year-old girl has been charged with three counts of attempted murder after a knife attack at a school in Manchester on Tuesday. A boy and a girl, both 14, and a 27-year-old male staff member were stabbed at the Co-op Academy. The suspect will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday. Counter-terror police are leading the investigation but it has not been declared a terrorist incident.
