Afreximbank and the African Petroleum Producers’ Organisation (APPO) have established the Africa Energy Bank (AEB), announced at its inaugural general meeting in Abuja. The meeting appointed Helmy Ghazi as the bank’s inaugural president and formed its first board of directors.
