Benin: Ten Afro-descendants Receive Their Nationality Certificates in Cotonou

Ten Afro-descendants received their Beninese nationality certificates on August 29, 2026, in Cotonou, during a ceremony led by Justice Minister Yvon Détchénou. Among the recipients were Lavaury Gutemberg Théodore and Kiavué Francelise, both from Guadeloupe, who expressed their satisfaction.
