Cameroon - Vision 4: the court annuls all CNC sanctions

The Cameroonian court has annulled all sanctions imposed by the National Communication Council (CNC) under Vision 4. This ruling follows disputes over the legality of the administrative sanctions. The court restored freedom of expression and media regulation within the framework of the program.
