Lagos begins recruitment of clinical personnel

The Lagos State Government has commenced recruitment of clinical personnel across its 29 secondary healthcare facilities to strengthen healthcare service delivery and address manpower shortages. The exercise, approved by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, aims to mitigate the ongoing brain drain in the health sector. Vacancies include consultants, senior registrars, medical officers, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and other health professionals. Applications are online from July 13 to 24, 2026, and the recruitment is free of charge.
