House doesn't need Tinubu's presence to resolve budget issues — Reps deputy spokesperson

Deputy Spokesperson of the House of Representatives, Philip Agbese, said the House does not need President Bola Tinubu's presence to resolve budget issues. He stated that ministers and heads of MDAs are responsible for budget implementation. This follows a controversial motion by Hon. Mascot Ikwechegh to summon the president over poor budget implementation. Agbese also praised House Speaker Tajudeen Abbas for his handling of the rowdy session.
