The Littoral Hotel Company (SOHLI) has initiated a construction project for a new building at Hôtel Sawa in Douala, costing 1.732 billion FCFA. This project includes a multipurpose hall for 300 people, a restaurant for 100 people, and a reception hall. Two companies, Groupe SOMAF and GEMAT SARL, have been prequalified to submit bids, with a deadline set for September 16, 2026.
