The CEO who tells women to think twice before being ‘nice’

Jacqueline Waihenya is a chartered arbitrator and certified mediator committed to learning a new skill each year. She believes that being a mother is her most valuable life lesson, teaching her two daughters the importance of critical analysis in the face of societal expectations.
