Tinubu doesn't delegate finance officer to present budget - Oshiomhole hits NNPC

Edo North Senator Adams Oshiomhole stated that President Bola Tinubu does not delegate an officer to present the annual budget to the National Assembly. He criticized the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), accusing it of thinking it is bigger than the system and forgetting it is a government agency. Oshiomhole emphasized that even the president appears in person before Parliament, and that NNPCL should not behave as if it is above the people's representatives.
