Swiss firm fights Kenya over second rejected fuel cargo

Kenya is facing a costly legal battle after terminating two super petrol import contracts. Swiss-owned Oryx Energies Kenya rejected the cancellation, claiming the contract was legally binding. Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi also rejected imports from Oryx Energies and One Petroleum, which was selected to avert a fuel crisis.
