Zenith Bank posts N360.9bn Q1 2026 profit as revenue hits N1trn

Zenith Bank Plc reported an unaudited pre-tax profit of N360.92 billion for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, marking a 2.87% increase year-on-year. Gross revenue surpassed the N1 trillion mark at N1.01 trillion, supported by strong interest income. Despite a 16.53% rise in loan impairments, net profit after tax increased modestly by 0.69% to N314.02 billion.
