Nigeria: 434 Boko Haram hostages regain freedom

434 hostages from Boko Haram, from the Ngoshe community in Borno State, were freed thanks to joint efforts by Nigerian authorities and security forces. Governor Babagana Umara Zulum praised the progress and thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The former captives are receiving medical and psychological care before returning to their families. This release came after another operation that freed 360 people in the same state.
