World Bank Warns Kenyans Against Fraudsters Posing as Its Officials

The World Bank has warned the public and government agencies in Kenya about fraudsters impersonating its officials. These impostors are reportedly contacting ministries and other stakeholders to solicit money or personal information. The Bank identified two phone numbers allegedly used by these fraudsters and advised against interacting with them. It also reiterated that it does not ask for money to facilitate loans or grants.
