Benin: Call for Applications Launched for a Giant 200-Meter Dress

The Edmonde Klass Fashion Institute (IMEK) has launched a call for applications for the project 'The Giant Dress – 200 meters', inviting Beninese designers to submit their files by May 6, 2026. Twelve creators will be selected to design pieces inspired by local cultural references, which will be integrated into a collective dress. The creations will be showcased at a national fashion show, providing increased visibility for the participants. This project is part of a broader initiative to promote cultural industries in Benin.
