Troops neutralise terrorist, nab 24 suspects in multiple operations

The Nigerian Army neutralised several terrorists and apprehended 24 suspects during operations conducted between September 1 and September 3. In Mariga, troops foiled a kidnapping attempt, rescuing five victims. In Benue, five suspects were arrested and ammunition recovered during a clearance operation. A suspected kidnapping kingpin linked to the abduction of workers from a mining company was also arrested in Akwa Ibom.
