DRC: Mukwege denounces disappearance of millions of dollars in reparations owed to victims of Kisangani

Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Denis Mukwege has denounced the disappearance of millions of dollars meant for reparations to victims of the Six-Day War in Kisangani. He criticized the opaque management of these funds and called for an independent investigation. The money was intended to compensate for harms suffered during the 2000 clashes between Uganda and Rwanda.
