The UK Navy named Lily-Mae Fisher, 31, its only serving woman commando, among three killed when a Merlin Mk4 helicopter crashed during routine training in southwest England. She became a commando in 2022 after an arduous course including a 30-mile march. She died on her final flight training assessment and was due to qualify as a helicopter pilot this month. Two other Royal Navy personnel also died.
