Toulepleu: A young entrepreneur donates 30 concrete poles to enhance public lighting

Désiré Koza, a young entrepreneur and president of the Union of Young Residents of the Péhé Sub-Prefecture, donated 30 concrete electric poles to the village of Diaïbli to replace old wooden poles.
