Former Sokoto Deputy Governor Mukhtar Shagari said President Bola Tinubu hardly sleeps because of insecurity in Nigeria. Speaking on Arise Television, Shagari urged that security votes be used to establish state police. He stressed that states must step up to support the federal government and security agencies to ensure citizens' safety.
