Over 60 detainees without trial for two years due to lack of judges in Tshimbulu

Over 60 detainees have been held without trial for nearly two years at the Tshimbulu High Court in the Kasaï-Central province due to a lack of judges. Currently, there is only one judge for five territories, leading to human rights violations, including arbitrary detentions. Civil society is calling for urgent intervention from authorities to strengthen judicial staff and restore normal court operations.
