Satellite images show damage inside Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant

Satellite imagery from European Sentinel-2, comparing July 7 and July 12, 2026, reveals new impact scars inside the Bushehr nuclear power plant complex and nearby support facilities after the latest wave of US strikes. Bushehr province deputy governor Ehsan Jahanian confirmed several locations were struck, including areas around the plant, but denied the reactor itself was hit, saying it continued operating normally. US Central Command (CENTCOM) said it struck about 90 military targets on July 7-8, including air defense systems.
