Forest guard arrested over fake bandits' attack letter to Kwara community

Zakari Usman, a member of the Nigeria Forest Security Services, has been arrested by the Nigerian Army for allegedly issuing an anonymous threat letter to Venra Community, warning of a bandit attack. Investigations revealed that he personally wrote and circulated the letter to create panic for extortion or to fraudulently secure a security contract. No bandit attack has occurred, and the situation in the community remains calm.
