Jaxaay: A Gendarme from the Primature Arrests the Rapist (39) of His 17-Year-Old Niece at the Exit of a Lodge

A gendarme from the Primature, P. L. M., arrested S. Guèye, a 39-year-old tailor, suspected of raping his 17-year-old niece Y. Diallo in Jaxaay. After noticing a drop in her grades, he ordered a medical exam that revealed she was no longer a virgin. The suspect invited the minor to a lodge, where the gendarme caught them and took him to the police station. The investigation revealed repeated abuse, and the Rufisque prosecutor's office was informed.
