Ousmane Sonko presented a positive assessment of his two years as Prime Minister, marked by 11 official visits and the signing of approximately 50 agreements with various countries. In China, 16 agreements were signed in industry, housing, and transport, with financing estimated at 100 billion. In Turkey, four agreements were concluded in energy, agriculture, industry, and defense. In the United Arab Emirates, agreements covered energy, mining, health, housing, and digital infrastructure. In Africa, visits to Gambia, Mauritania, and Guinea-Bissau strengthened bilateral cooperation.
