Evaluation of the 2006 Constitution at the Heart of a Scientific Colloquium in Kinshasa

The Ministry of Higher and University Education launched a three-day national scientific colloquium on June 10, 2026, in Kinshasa to evaluate the Constitution of February 18, 2006. Until June 12, professors, researchers, and students are discussing ways to improve the fundamental law to consolidate democracy in the DRC. The discussions are structured around three thematic poles: Kinshasa on geostrategy, Kisangani on social and environmental issues, and Lubumbashi on industrial development and energy transition.
