KACRAN urges Tinubu to fully operationalise Livestock Ministry

KACRAN urged President Tinubu to fully operationalise the Ministry of Livestock Development, noting that more than a year after its establishment, it still operates as a directorate. A functional ministry would improve food security, reduce farmer-herder conflicts, attract foreign investment, and boost the economy through import substitution. KACRAN also commended NEDC and L-PRES for providing security and services to pastoralists.
