NDLEA destroys five cannabis plantations with 5.674kg estimated yield in Edo

Operatives of the Edo State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) destroyed five cannabis plantations covering 2.269668 hectares, with an estimated yield of 5,674.17 kilograms. Three suspected traffickers were arrested, and psychotropic substances, including tramadol and codeine syrups, were intercepted. NDLEA Commander Dr. Mitchell Ofoyeju urged local government chairmen to collaborate in combating illicit cannabis cultivation.
