INFAS Scholarships: Over 10 billion FCFA Already Paid Despite Observed Delays

During a press conference, INFAS Director General Professor Méliane N’Dhatz Ebagnitchié Sanogo announced that over 10 billion FCFA has been disbursed out of the 13 billion planned for the 2025 fiscal year. The increase in student numbers, now nearly 70,612, has contributed to payment delays, but over 85% of the graduating students have already received their scholarships. Agreements with banks have been signed to facilitate scholarship advances, with about 92% of affected students having benefited.
