Canal+ unveils 'Clash', a new series dedicated to the coupé-décalé universe

On August 27, 2026, Canal+ presented the premiere of 'Clash', an original series about coupé-décalé, set to air starting August 30. The series features two artists, DJ Shogun and DJ Diamantino, competing in an artistic rivalry between Abidjan and Kinshasa. Director Philippe Lacôte aims to explore the recent history of African youth through this musical narrative, accompanied by eight original tracks created for the series.
