Fifty-eight soldiers from the 3,415th regiment of the FARDC were sentenced to three years of penal servitude for indiscipline, rebellion, and ammunition dissipation. The verdict was delivered by the military court in Kisangani on May 15, following a trial involving 84 soldiers. In addition to the prison sentence, each soldier must pay a fine of 300,000 Congolese francs.
