After several weeks of pursuit, the Criminal Investigations Division (DIC) arrested an individual known as the 'billionaire marabout' in Gambia. This arrest is part of an investigation into alleged fraud related to a minor apprehended in Touba. Investigators had uncovered compelling evidence, but the suspect had gone missing, complicating the investigations. He is currently in police custody.
