Pediatric cancers: The shortage of Ivorian specialists hinders the care of children

Ivory Coast records nearly 1,090 new cases of pediatric cancer and about 471 deaths each year. Professor Adoubi Innocent, director of the National Cancer Control Program, emphasizes that the shortage of specialized doctors and nurses in oncology complicates the care of sick children.
