Lagos 2027: Egunjobi, Ninolowo dump APC for APM

Two politicians, Kola Egunjobi and Azeez Yusuf (Ninolowo), have defected from the APC to the APM following changes to the APC's candidate list for the Agege constituencies I and II. Egunjobi, a former Agege Local Government Chairman, and Ninolowo, who are contesting for the Agege I and II seats respectively, were reported as winners of the APC primaries held in May. Their defection comes amid disagreements within the APC regarding the candidate selection process.
