Olodo murder: Police arrest two suspects, deploy Army and Amotekun

Oyo State police arrested Taiwo Babarinde and Ishola Semiu after 26-year-old Kehinde Asimiyu was fatally stabbed with a broken bottle during a dispute over a transport fare at Olodo Garage in Ibadan. Asimiyu, known as KBlaq, was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead, and his remains were placed at an embalming centre. The case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department in Iyaganku. Following unrest at the Olodo Police Outpost and reported threats from hoodlums, security reinforcements, including the Nigerian Army and Amotekun Corps, were deployed.
