Abia Govt vows to ensure justice as driver shot by soldier dies

The Abia State government expressed sorrow over the death of Mr. Kelechi Ejiofor, a truck driver shot by a soldier at Uratta Timber Market. In a statement, Commissioner for Information Okey Kanu assured that the government is engaging with military command for a thorough and impartial investigation. He also promised that any officer found culpable would face disciplinary and legal consequences.
