One killed, five wounded in shooting attack in Israel: Medics

A 35-year-old man was killed and five others wounded in a shooting attack in central Israel, medics said. Police killed the suspect, a Palestinian with Israeli citizenship from Tayibe. Hamas commended the attack but did not claim responsibility. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office held a situational assessment.
