ADC backs NBA’s position, rejects court’s intervention in party internal disputes

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) expressed support for the Nigerian Bar Association’s stance, asserting that courts lack jurisdiction over internal party disputes. In a statement by National Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi, the party condemned attempts to undermine David Mark's leadership through judicial processes, labeling such actions as abuse of court process. Abdullahi also urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to remain neutral and avoid legitimizing processes inconsistent with electoral laws.
