ADC crisis: Court hears Nafiu-Bala Gombe's suit April 14

The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled April 14 for the hearing of a suit filed by Nafiu-Bala Gombe, seeking to prevent the David Mark-led ADC from claiming to be the party's leaders. Gombe has sued ADC, Mark, Rauf Aregbesola, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and Ralph Nwosu. The INEC's decision to remove Mark and Aregbesola's names from its official portal prompted a response from Mark's leadership, requesting the court to restore their names.
