BOFAS-Afriland Case: Court Rejects Orange Money, BGFIBank Withdraws Against CDEC

Orange Money Cameroun faced a legal setback against the Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDEC) in the BOFAS-Afriland case. The Yaoundé-Centre administrative Court rejected Orange Money's request to annul a payment order of over 3.68 billion FCFA. The ruling was declared enforceable immediately, and Orange Money has 15 days to appeal.
