African Digital Week 2026: 6th Edition to Shape Africa's Digital Future

The 6th edition of African Digital Week was held on June 1-2, 2026 at the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire in Abidjan under the theme 'Emerging Technologies: Shaping Africa's Tomorrow'. At the closing ceremony, awards were given to startups MX Chimie, Yebango, and After Market (Grand Prize), and to hackathon winners: ESATIC (1st with 'Balo IA'), Bingerville Polytechnic University (2nd), and San Pedro Polytechnic University (3rd). Thirty digital leaders, including Adibas Mathias (MTN), Allo Armel (Moov Africa), and Assanvo Catherine (Orange), were honored for their contributions to Africa's digital economy.
