Agreement signed in Switzerland seen as US failure by Iran

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, head of Iran's negotiation team and parliament speaker, said the agreement to be signed Friday in Switzerland marks a failure for the United States. He is set to sign the accord with US Vice President JD Vance near Lucerne. The agreement comes after over three months of war in the Middle East.
