Aiyedatiwa meets APC leaders to mend fences after primaries

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa met with members of the Governor's Advisory Council (GAC) and other APC leaders in Ondo State to reconcile aggrieved members after the National Assembly primaries. The meeting at the Government House Banquet Hall in Akure ended with stakeholders unanimously reaffirming Aiyedatiwa as the party leader in the state. They also pledged support for President Bola Tinubu's re-election in 2027 and resolved to promote internal reconciliation and party cohesion.
