Another suit seeking David Mark, Aregbesola's sack as ADC leaders for judgment April 13

Justice Musa Suleiman Liman of the Federal High Court in Abuja has set April 13 for judgment in a suit filed by House of Representatives member Leke Abejide. He seeks to restrain David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from presenting themselves as Chairman and Secretary of the ADC. Abejide contests the legality of Ralph Nwosu's handover to Mark and Aregbesola, arguing that their appointment does not meet the requirements of the Electoral Act of 2022.
