Anthony Da Silva becomes the head coach of the Eagles of Mali

Anthony Da Silva, a Franco-Portuguese coach, has been appointed head coach of the Eagles of Mali, succeeding Belgian Tom Saintfiet. Known to Cameroonian fans, he served as assistant to Toni Conceiçao with the Indomitable Lions from 2019 to 2022, participating in the 2021 AFCON where Cameroon finished third. After that, he coached Politehnica Iași in Romania until 2025. His appointment marks his first experience as a head coach of a national team.
