APA Apollo net profit jumps 43.2pc on investment gains

APA Apollo Group reported a 43.2% increase in net profit to Sh2.78 billion for the year ending December 2025, driven by higher investment revenue. APA Life's net profit grew by 58.8% to Sh441.66 million, while APA Insurance's net profit rose by 37.1% to Sh1.44 billion. CEO Ashok Shah is set to retire at the end of June 2026, with Risper Ohaga appointed as his successor.
