Arrested in Yenne: Presumed homosexual reveals identities of his lovers to the Keur Massar research brigade

Idrissa Camara, 31, a security guard in Yenne, was arrested after propositioning another man for an intimate encounter. The man alerted locals, and Camara was handed over to the Yenne police then transferred to the Keur Massar research brigade. He confessed and provided names of other involved individuals. He was referred to the Rufisque prosecutor's office for criminal association, unnatural acts, and endangering others, and was placed in pre-trial detention.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has acquired and deployed eight operational gun trucks to enhance the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Mining Marshals' fight against illegal mining.
