ASER–AEE Power EPC Case: Babacar Ba Takes Financial Justice on a 37 Billion FCFA File

Babacar Ba, a member of the Forum du Justiciable, has contacted the financial prosecutor of the Dakar financial judicial pool via an open letter regarding the ASER–AEE Power EPC rural electrification project valued at 37 billion FCFA. The project, intended to improve electricity access in rural areas, is subject to suspicions of mismanagement and financial blockages. Ba demands transparency and accountability on this contractual dispute.
