Benisheikh attack: Situating security agencies' intel response

Following the terrorist attack on the Nigerian Army Brigade Headquarters in Benisheikh, Borno State, Governor Babagana Zulum revealed that the Army received intelligence two days prior to the attack. This intelligence included the movements and routes of the terrorists. Zulum expressed regret over the Army's failure to act, highlighting that similar failures had previously led to kidnappings in other states, such as Kebbi and Katsina.
