At least four people killed in Russian attacks on Ukraine

Russian air attacks in northeastern Ukraine have killed at least four people and injured 11 others, according to Kharkiv's regional governor, Oleh Syniehubov. The strikes targeted the city of Kharkiv and 11 other towns. In the Sumy region, a Russian drone struck a 16-storey building, injuring at least 11 people, including a child. The Ukrainian Air Force reported that they had shot down or neutralized 260 of the 286 Russian drones launched in the overnight attacks.
