Babadjou: Two children from the same family die after a meal

In the village of Tsaagab, two children from the couple Moffo Xavier and Naomi, Fotouo Moffo Vadel, 5, and Ngnoulaye Moffo Lea, 2, died after consuming a family meal. This meal, consisting of potatoes and rice, was prepared for a ceremony on August 30. The children experienced respiratory difficulties and died while being taken to a health facility, while their mother and another child, who also consumed the same food, survived after receiving medical care. An investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the deaths, with a hypothesis of food poisoning.
